Validation The downscaling made by MATCH in Urban SIS has been validated against observations in Urban SIS deliverable 5.2, where an overview is given in Table 4.

Motivation The number of people exposed to air pollution exceeding the air quality standards is often experienced as more intuitive than the concentration levels.
The exposure information presented forms part of the health impact indicators required by Urban SIS end-users and stakeholders.
